I started the company in 2016 after identifying gaps in the pre-construction, preliminary delivery, and commercial close out phases of many NEC4 projects.

VM Group is here to help you overcome any obstacle, and to that end I have built a knowledgeable team of people around me who I trust to successfully deliver your project to exacting standards from pre-start to close-out.

Working with you to deliver projects on time and budget, Damian will also ensure you attain the highest health and safety standards. We can appoint him as your Temporary Works Coordinator, or as an Appointed Person for lift plans, and his knowledge of the CDM Regulations gives you the confidence of knowing your project and site are in safe hands.

During close-out and commercial handover, Damian’s experience as a client’s agent comes to the foreground, and we never consider a project closed-out without his approval.
