Site Management
Site management isn’t for everyone, it needs the finesse and oversight of project and contracts management but detailed knowledge of the day-to-day tasks. Most say trouble rolls down hill, we say it comes at you from all sides and meets at the Site Manager’s desk. But site management isn’t all about picking up the pieces, it is about thinking ahead and driving multiple teams to deliver in some of the hardest environments to work in.
Our site managers each have over a decade of on-site experience managing people and their working environments to ensure the job is done “Safe. Right. Once.” They hold Black CSCS accreditation, SMSTS and First Aid at Work certifications as a minimum so you can be assured you have the right person managing your site. We reinforce this foundation with Temporary Works Coordinators and Appointed Persons to give you the full utility you need to keep your job running and your people safe.
We offer two site management suites:
Fit In
We take our Site Manager and fit them seamlessly into your operations. We have our own hardware backed up by stringent IT security protocols. All you need to do is provide our site manager access to your SharePoint or document management system and they will follow your processes and procedures all the while directly updating your records in real-time.
Many of our Tier 1 clients prefer this option as it retains control over key performance indicator management and allows full auditing of documentation in real time or as part of a sample for ISO auditing.
Stand Alone
We onboard you to our systems. You get access to our construction management software (Lets Build, SmartWaste, YellowJacket, and SharePoint) and we manage the day-to-day paperwork and processes. This maintains a true common data environment where you have access to site reports, incident reports, design changes, requests for information, and actions, all at the click of a mouse.
This option is usually considered by end-user clients such as self-build developers or smaller organisations such as local authorities.
Whichever option you choose, you can rely on us to improve safety, raise standards, drive delivery, and manage your site effectively to get the best for you and your client.
Site Welfare*
Smaller contractors or sites may not have existing welfare facilities. If so, talk to us about providing either mobile or temporary welfare services as part of our site management package. We can take the stress of providing site welfare and offer a turnkey solution based on what you need to satisfy the CDM Regulations.

Strategic Thinking.
Our project managers have years of experience managing major schemes and frameworks using NEC4 form contracts. We work with you and the designers to identify project risks, devise mitigations and efficiencies at the pre-construction stages – well before a “soft consideration” becomes a “hard fact”.
