About Us
Established in 2016 to assist Local Government Authorities manage and implement their traffic management schemes and avoid the pitfalls of public consultation, legislation drafting, and contractor management; we identified a need within the private sector and specifically Tier 1 contractors for overflow management, supervision, and planning during the delivery stages of their contracts.
In 2017 we expanded our services to providing support for our clients during the pre-construction and mobilisation phases where we work alongside their senior project and commercial managers to get contractors, welfare, and other preliminaries mobilised and working prior to handing over to in-house delivery teams. At the end of 2017 we expanded further to assist with programme finalisations and commercial close out.
In 2019 we began offering our clients the use of our supply chain and procurement systems to facilitate quicker turn arounds on smaller items such as plant rental, skip hire, generator hire, and contractor onboarding. All backed up by our Constructionline Gold status and quality assurance procedures.
In 2022 we diversified from offering management services to offering aerial surveys and setting out engineering cover. This last piece in the VM Group puzzle gives us the scope and range to offer our clients a full host of services to effectively manage their projects as their agent, or provide technical and commercial support to ensure their projects are on time and within budget.
