A closer look at how we use videography to highlight our client’s achievements
Videography and photography are essential and should not be looked for internal updates or milestone press releases. While you can provide clients updates using photogrammetry and modelling, we find this is best used as an aid during client-contractor progress meetings. To engage with a wider audience the media needs to feel more alive.
All UAS we employ are capable of recording video footage and still images, however we prefer to use the DJI Mini 4 Pro for its 48MP camera and ability to be flown in the A1 category which means we can take it almost anywhere. For detail shots we will make use of the Matrice 350 RTK with fitted Zenmuse P1 camera as it has interchangeable lenses which can deliver excellent scenes and backdrop shots as well as highly detailed imagery of specific parts.
How do we use photogrammetry to assist our clients?
Dynamic shots of people and machines working bring a project to life, and also provide a learning experience for viewers who don’t understand the process as they can watch work tasks take place.
Our UAS can get to places ground base cameras can’t to capture the work from diverse an interesting angles. With our Zenmuse P1 camera we can zoom in on detailed works or take a wider view, all without getting in the way of the site teams as they go about crucial tasks.
Short clips such as the one on the right can bring life to your presentations, websites and case studies. Longer videos can be used for client progress meetings to provide a detailed visual reference.
With our video editing suite we produce high quality advertising loops for use in sales meetings or as background loops to display stands at exhibitions or trade shows.
